FAQ's
I booked a retreat and then life happened, as it sometimes does. What now?
We've been there and completely understand. No worries at all! We will simply book you for the next available retreat that works with your schedule.
Is there parking at the retreat?
There is street parking and because our retreats run from Thursdays to Mondays, you will not have to fight for parking spaces. Also, everything is in walking distance and there is a jitney service available, so once you park, you should be able to leave your car there for the duration of the retreat.
What should I bring?
Definitely bring your yoga mat. However, if you forget it, we do have extras. We will provide blocks, straps, bolsters and yoga blankets.
We will also provide fresh linens, bath and beach towels from a linen service. We will provide a beach chair and beach tag for every guest but if you have a favorite chair, go ahead and bring it.
We will serve a light brunch and happy hour snack each day. There will be a full-size fridge for guests to share. Bring any food, drinks (alcohol is allowed, but not provided) and snacks that you would like for the retreat or shop at Blitz's Market (one block away) or take the jitney or your car to the local Acme, only a few blocks north of the retreat.
Do you have to participate in all of the scheduled yoga classes?
Nope! Of course, we would love to see your bright, smiling face at every class, but we understand that this is also your vacation. If you would like to skip a class here or there, we get it, we've been there.
