Experience the peace and tranquility you have been craving as you are guided through three yoga and meditation sessions per day with the best yoga instructors around. You may choose to participate in all sessions or skip one whenever the mood hits you.

All levels are welcome.

You will be approximately one block from the beach and one block from the bay with access to beach tags and beach chairs.

Also included in your stay, you will be served brunch every day and an appetizer every night for happy hour with a signature mocktail. Bring your favorite spirit to add to your happy hour if you choose. You will also have access to a full-sized fridge (separate from the main fridge) to share with the other guests. Coffee and tea service will be available throughout the day.

In addition to your yoga and meditation classes, you will enjoy special additions like reiki and myofascial massage with yoga balls, or even tarot card readings, depending on who the yogi master is hosting your retreat.

Located on the 86th block of Landis Ave, Sea Isle City, NJ, in the coveted Townsends Inlet, our retreat center is approximately one block from the beach, one block from the bay. It sits on top of Sole Restaurant and across the street from Anthony’s. One block up is Blitz’s Market and one block up on the bay side is Sunset Pier.

All retreats run from Thursday to Monday so you can avoid the Jersey shore's seasonal traffic.
